Tibet Bicycle Tour
Covering a distance of 1100 kilometres from the Tibetan capital Lhasa to Kathmandu and passing through six high passes over 5000 metres, this is the worlds most popular and adventurous bicycle journey into the roof of the world. Avoiding the main Lhasa - Kathmandu road, this adventure includes a tour of world's highest Rongbuk Monastery and the north basecamp of Mt. Everest. Drive to Khoma. Start trek to Genekha (2950m) - 4 hours.
Day 04: Genekha - Gur
Genekha - Gur (3350m) - 4 hours.
Day 05: Gur - Labatama
Gur - Labatama (4050m) - 5 hours.
Day 06: Hentsho, Jamatsho and Relitsho Lakes
Excursion to Hentsho, Jamatsho and Relitsho Lakes. Back to Labatama.
Day 07: Jamo Peak
Excursion to Jamo Peak (5050m). Back to Labatama
Day 08: Labatama - Panaka
Labatama - Panaka (4000m) - 4 hours.
Day 09: Panaka - Talakha
Panaka - Talakha (3080m) - 4 hours.
Day 10: Talakha - Simthoka - 3 hours
Talakha - Simthoka - 3 hours. Drive to Paro (2230m).
Day 11: Paro
