Pokhalde Peak Climbing (5,806 m)

Phokalde Peak or Dolma RI peak is a mountain peak located 12 km southwest of Mount Everest. Dolma Ri Peak is also know as one of the most popular, shortest, and easiest climbing peaks within the Everest region. The top of the 5800m high Dolma Ri Mountain offers views of the most precious mountains (Makalu, Ama Dablam, and Pumori). From the base camp, take a short scramble of rock path to reach the peak. The rocky peak is rarely covere with snow during the season of excursion. In spite of this, travelers can climb the peak without plenty of technical difficulties and see the scenery of the popular mountains, especially in the east, west, north, and south directions of the 5,800 m high mountains.

Your Pokhalde peak climbing journey begins with exploring the beautiful city of Kathmandu. On this journey, travelers reach Lukla from Kathmandu, observing the spectacular view of nature from the sky by airplane. And proceed by following the traditional routes of the Everest base camp trek. Traveling to Lobuche, take the Kang-la pass to Pokhelde Base Camp.
